  1. Grease and preheat the waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks, buttermilk, and butter until well combined.
  3. In a seperate bowl whisk together the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir the dry into the wet ingredients and dont beat the batter.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently flod into the batter.
  6. Cook waffles in waffle iron, keep finished waffles in oven at 200F to keep them crispy.
