A simple rice pilaf recipe, goes great with meat recipies in place of potatoes or other starches.
You can substitute all spices for fresh counterparts if desired.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Long Grain Rice
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Celery Seed
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Parsley
Directions
- Add all broth and spices to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add rice and let simmer covered for about 15min or until all liquid is absorbed
- Fluff and serve
