A basic cheesecake recipe.

Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 7 Tbsp butter (melted)
Chessecake
- 32oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 4 large eggs
Directions
Crust
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Combine dry graham cracker ingredients to a bowl add butter and mix well.
- Form crust in a 9’ sprinqform pan by pressing firmly to bottom of pan. Using a glass or other flat bottom object can help.
Chessecake
- Use stand mixer and add cream cheese, stir until creamy then add sugar and combine.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, satl, and stir until combined.
- Gradually add beaten eggs one at a time just until incorporated.
- Pour into springform pan and bake at 325F for 50-60 minutes. Place a pan below to catch any leaks.
- Once the center is like Jello remove and let cool for about 1-2 hours before transfering to the fridge.
- Once cooled (at least 6 hours or so) remove the ring and serve.
