Ingredients
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt
- vanilla (or other extract)
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until peaks form.
- Slowly add in sugar until all is mixed in.
- Line a bread pan, or cake pan, with parchment paper. The dough is very sticky.
- Bake at 350 F for about an hour.
